- ✓Valid Class A CDL
- ✓Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- ✓Clean MVR & PSP report
- ✓No DUIs in the last 5 years, no serious moving violations
- ✓Passes DOT physical & drug screen
- ✓Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- ✓Flatbed / heavy-haul experience is a plus, not a requirement
- ✓Safety-first attitude — non-negotiable

The full DOT qualification file — driver application, prior-employer investigation, drug/alcohol statement, PSP, background auth, and the state MVR release. Print, sign, and return it.

Standard DOT checks
MVR pulled from every state you've been licensed in, PSP, DOT physical, and drug screen. Nothing more, nothing less.

Orientation & first dispatch
Safety walk-through, equipment assignment, and you're rolling. Most drivers are on their first load within a week or two.
